Standard shield D-shape profile

For the standard shield series there are also special shapes available. The standard shield D-shaped profiles are made from durable EPDM rubber and covered with conductive textile. Thanks to their bulbous and/or concave designs, these profiles are easily compressible with minimal force. This unique combination of flexibility and conductivity makes these shapes ideal for demanding applications where both environmental sealing and electromagnetic shielding are required.

The EPDM core allows for repeated compression without loss of integrity, making them suitable for use in doors, hatches, cabinets, and panels where both shielding and sealing are critical. The conductive textile ensures a low-resistance path for EMI currents, further enhancing the overall shielding effectiveness of the profile.
