We have developed a combination gasket designed for an extremely high spring range, extending the performance of our Ultra Soft Shield series. These gaskets are specifically engineered for applications that demand both a high deflection and a wide spring range, making them ideal for enclosures where maintaining constant contact is critical, even under variable compression conditions.

To illustrate the capacity of this new design: a 26 mm high deflection gasket can be compressed down to 7 mm without applying excessive force. This represents an impressive 70 % compression at low force, combining flexibility with outstanding shielding performance.

This combination gasket merges mechanical adaptability with excellent EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness, making it a reliable solution for high-tolerance applications in electronics, aerospace, and defense environments.
