U-shaped EMI gasket

We have developed a U-shaped EMC gasket for doors and other types of panels where a U-shape can be attached. The U-shape allows opposing contact surfaces to enter the U-Shape opening while making three points of contact. For example for edge-mounting applications.

The U-shaped gasket creates a positive seal between the bottom of a door or panel and its threshold to block out weather, light, sound, insects, and dust. At the same time it acts as an EMI gasket. It is easy to assemble by sticking it onto the edge of the door or panel with the self-adhesive strip.

The U-shape can be made in different widths and heights per side. It is also possible to place a half rounded layer on top.
