Shielded sliding doors are suitable for RF and EMP shielded enclosures where larger access openings or automated operation are required.

Technical details

The opening sequence can include unlatching of the conductive contact system, outward movement of the door leaf and subsequent sideways movement.

Depending on the configuration, operation can be electrical, pneumatic or manual. Repeated opening and closing can also help clean the conductive contact surfaces.

Technical details
