A alternative solution of BeCu fingerstrips made out of high conductive material
Many countries in the world do not allow ( now or in future) Beryllium. This is a problem for this material can create contact fingers with a high spring rate. As alternative for the BeCu fingers we have developed a hybrid version of flame retardant plastic with a high conductive layer. They provide high EMI/RFI-shielding effectiveness in enclosure applications where extremely low closure forces are required. The outer material is possible to be made out of high conductive textile, amucor and copper.
Optional is that the width of the hybrid fingerstrips can be cut in the desired width and the product can be facricated with self adhesive, screwing holes or a clamped construction. The standard dimension of the strip is 1 meter but can be cut in the desired width that you need. In contrary to the BeCu Fingerstrips we can adjust the shape to you wishes.
